The purpose of this video is to protect the health and welfare of the public by prohibiting smoking in certain public places. Smoking means the possession, carrying or holding of a lighted cigar, cigarette, pipe and electric vaping device whose by-product is smoke.

Smoke by definition, is the suspension of airborne particulates and gases that are emitted when a material undergoes combustion.

Smoking is prohibited in public places such as restaurants, grocery stores, theaters, schools, hospitals and auditoriums to name a few. Additionally, smoking is not permitted within 20 feet of any entrance of an enclosed area where smoking is prohibited.

Furthermore, the sale and use of cigar, cigarette, pipe and electric vaping devices by a minor is unlawful and can lead to heavy fines.
