Ingredients:
1 cup rice
2 eggs
1/4 onion
1/2 boneless chicken thigh
Ketchup, salt and pepper as needed
Directions:
1. Cook rice
2. Dice onion and chicken
3. Fry onion and chicken, with a little butter
4. Sprinkle salt, pepper and top with ketchup
5. Add your rice and mix all together
6. Put mixture on a plate
7. Beat your eggs in a bowl and then pour evenly in the pan with a little butter and cook to make an omelet
8. Put omelet on rice mixture when done and can add more ketchup if you like
9. ENJOY!
