Ingredients are:
Rice (1 cup)
2 Eggs
1/4 Onion
1/2 Boneless/skinless chicken thighs
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1/2 Tablespoon Cooking Wine (white)
1/2 Tablespoon Sugar
1/3 Teaspoon Japanese soup stock (Dashi) - can order from Amazon
80ml water (about 1/4 cup)
Directions:
1. Make rice
2. Cook chicken and slice onion, then add to chicken
3. Put water, soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar and Dashi in pan with chicken and onion
4. Pour the eggs (scrambled) evenly on the top of the chicken
5. Cook until the eggs are done
6. Put rice in a bowl add chicken topping to the rice
7. Enjoy!
